Dead colonic bacteria sub-Q injections to treat IBD

Thoughts on this new method for treating Crohn's disease? I wish I knew which killed bacteria they are using. Patients self-administer a subcutaneous shot every 2 days of a dead bacteria which inhabits the GI tract.
