My Mom used to make zucchini bread, or carrot loaf. She also ground up seeds in a coffee grinder to add to the loaves(chia, sunflower, pumpkin, flax). Could these possibly be a substitute for your banana bread?

Great ideas, thank you. My plan so far is to add the carrot or zucchini to the banana bread, 1/2 and 1/2 as a way of not using too much at first.

I love the idea of grounding the seeds and I have the grinder so will try that at some point. I had been thinking that seeds are an important source of vitamins and good fats.

Carol, what magnesium spray oil do you use? Is it also Freeda? Recently, I've been getting terrible leg and foot cramps at night. I try to eat a banana everyday but sometimes I'd rather pass on it. I'd rather not add another supplement so a spray-on sounds favorable.

Mcnomore, have you tried ditching the banana bread for a few weeks to see if that helps? Maybe the tapioca and/or millet is causing you grief. I was excited to try Canyon Bakehouse GF bread and found that it bothered me. Not sure if it was the millet or not. I occasionally have a slice of Udis bread and I'm ok with that, but I only like it toasted. Go figure.

Don't know because I haven't tried a lot of different ones. What I need the most is folate and I have the drops from SeekingHeath.com which I will try soon.

HI Deb, the brand is Life Flo. I'm sure I ordered it at sometime when I ordered vitamins. There are several vendors that have it. Here is a link so you can see what it looks like. It works well. I spray it on and rub it in and the cramps stop.
