Thanks Gabes and Heady. I tried the claratin ready tabs, (mannitol) but all the allergy meds or anti diarrhea and allergy meds have corn lactose or dye in them that I'm allergic too. Appreciate your kindness.

I can't eat any of those things either. I eat turkey, rice, peeled well cooked zucchini. Maybe a banana. Every meal every day. I eat a lot of it. I am on Pentasa, LDN, Uceris, and Cortisol. My doctor upped my Cortisol to 20 mg and I think it is finally working. I did a 24 hr saliva test for my hormones, and it included Cortisol. I was way off. Our adrenal glands produce Cortisol, our natural anti inflammatory. It is bioidentical and he is only giving me what my body is not making so it is not like steroids. I have had no side effects.

Maybe have some Imodium compounded without ingredients that you are intolerant to? Call a compounding pharmacy and chat with the pharmacist. They are generally very helpful.

Martha
in line with Pats suggestion - contact a compounding pharmacy.
It would be the worth the extra expense to get yourself some peace for a few weeks.
