Brilliant photos . Wish I could visit your beautiful country. My sons are really into reptiles ,geckos etc. at one point I had 17 geckos in my home (many breeding pairs). The birds are amazing. Well done.

Wow Gabes - fabulous photos - thank you so much for sharing. It's hard to believe those colorful birds are wild. I'm a birder, and I have feeders right outside my windows. We get a lot of finches, chickadees and red-wing blackbirds, not nearly as exciting as "yours". I love the Kookaburra - it reminds me a bit of the King Fisher because of the large beak.

Love,
Kari

P.S. It looks like your brother is having great fun with his cars. My son is a car "nut" - I think he knows every car ever made on earth :).

one thing that my MC journey taught me... find the peace and joy in what is...

Photography costs me nothing,
I can spend 20 mins if energy levels are low, or 2 hours sitting in the vege garden stalking the birds for the photos
Having some great locations nearby, I am never far from home should a toilet stop be needed.

quite often i dont realise i have an awesome picture till i get home, have a merlo coffee and review them on the computer.

Great photos, Gabes! I have albums that I peek through in winter to bring my spirits up. The pics take me to my happy place. It' s amazing what beautiful moments in time can be caught "on film." The digital age makes it so much easier to play with the camera- just delete what doesn't turn out! One of my favorite past times is to putter around the yard and catch shots of my garden and whatever critters I can find in it. Although I must look like a loon sprawled out on my lawn trying to get the best angle.

Beautiful photos. Thanks for sharing. I love your brothers cars! I so enjoy going to car shows. If I had millions I'd have a garage full of old cars. I especially love old muscle cars.
