Does anyone drink la Croix sparkling water or have any informations as to the safety for those with MC

I have drank the non flavored without a problem.

It is my go to beverage for football game parties. I like the La Croix for cooler transport. At home I been drinking Perrier or San Pellegrino. (They have less ingredients than La Croix.) The American Version of sparkling water Mountain View or something from Arkansas costs more than the French or Italian or German options in my stores. Go figure.
