They are speaking my language (or PP forum language)

- listen to your body
- got be willing to do the work/changes to achieve wellness. (all three - diet, lifestyle, supplements)
- gut is the key to many modern health issues
- 'your' custom diet
- the more you embrace the right changes, the better off you will be

The brand of supplements they mentioned was NuMedica - so I went did a browse of their products

one product they talked about was this B-Replete product,

One really great benefit, the web page for the products has all the active AND INACTIVE ingredients listed! (not many do that..)

http://www.numedica.com/Product_detail.cfm?Fname=NM150

of note for those that react to gluten and corn - the products have small amt of rice flour
(not soo good news for those that react to rice)

For those in the MTHFR or Pyrrole mutation club, they have the supplements for this.

Vit D3 was soy free! albeit they didnt have lingual.

The NuMedica B-replete formulation looked fantastic!

with your delicate system, i would try to source powder/ for your B's. (??via compounding chemist)

it is a great way to start with small dose and work up to moderate dose.
I left you a note on FB the other day, increasing the magnesium/Vit C/zinc is fantastic for C and mast cell/histamine.

and as Zizzle and Tex mentioned in the adrenal conversation, doing magnesium topically may give you expanded option to get high doses.
(soak feet in epsom salts, use creams/sprays, and supplements)

One thing they mention on the podcast is spending the bit extra and getting 'good high dose supplementation'
