My LDN Adventure, Cliff Notes Version
After the insanity of finding a doctor to prescribe LDN and trying to get it ordered from a compounding pharmacy in Montgomery, I finally ordered from Skip's in Florida.
My GI was obviously to busy to read properly and told me through one of her staff that she wasn't comfortable prescribing an opiode. HELLO! It's an opiode antagonist.
The compounding pharmacy gave me grief about my intolerances and my sister's allergy to red dye (turns out it was a broader allergy and it's gone)....It's in the family she said about the latter. They decided that I couldn't have coconut or olive oil because I couldn't have almond oil.
I should get it next week and I'm hopeful for some improvement unlike Entocort which didn't work for me......
