Happy Birthday To Us
Hi All,
As of this morning, this discussion and support board is now 9 years old. This board was "born" at 10:00 am, Central Daylight Savings time, on May 24, 2005
Who woulda thunk that we would last that long in an age where so many internet discussion boards come and go like tumbleweeds in the wind? Since forums of this type exist at the whims of their members, obviously we are still here because our membership is composed of some of the kindest and most considerate people in the world, who are willing to share their hard-earned knowledge and support with others who are traveling the same rocky road back to health.
Many thanks and Happy Birthday to everyone.
Love,
Tex

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
Happy Birthday and Thanks to Tex, Polly and All!

I am thankful for my struggle because without it I wouldn't have stumbled across my strength.
What are you willing to let go of so you can live the life you know you deserve?

I know I am late on posting but have been sidelined by extreme family issues with Frank's son. Too much to go into.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY and from one of the oldies here, it is the best resource and website out there. We would not be here without you Tex and for that I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Love, Maggie

Happy Anniversary and thank you, Tex, Polly and all of the "old timers" who have stuck around to help the rest of us. I can't remember when I first found the Microscopic colitis support group online, moderated by Ms. Malinowski. It was sometime in the early 2000s. My Mom had just been diagnosed with CC and I found info for Enterolab etc. I never expected to be a member myself. You all saved my life. Thank you.

Sheila,
Did you know that all of Judy Malinowski's newsletters are still available for viewing? At the link below, just click on the "Newsletter Archive" link on the left side of the page. From the list that opens, you can select the ones that you want to read. They were posted from August 1995 to February 2003.
If you originally posted any messages there, you may be able to find them and read them again, if you have an approximate idea of when you might have posted them. I'm sure you'll recognize a lot of the members who posted there.
