Was wondering where you were. Nothing like a good fluff to get you to surface. How is the Yoga & Tai Chi going? Expect you are as fit as a fiddle now after all that exercise. I am having a great time with my sewing machine today, got 3 bags on the go at once. Have done the piecing & am now about to start quilting. One of them is for Emily. It has a 'Betty Boop' theme. A little surprise for her after all her tribulations.
It is all pink, lime green, red & purple. Really psychadelic. She loves bags as much as me & Nikki is a bit of an addict as well.

Tai--Chi -Chih---by Justin Stone---(cus he shorten the original Tai---which started thousands of years back---to this way there are , I believe 100+ moves which U have to know before joining the Xpertise Tai-Chi thing!!!!
And he simplified it and this I LUVE---the YOGA is so so----cus I cannot do all that bending over or lying FLAT on the floor---so I just do what I can with the Yoga---
I feel fit as a fiddle but if ya twang my strings some of them still bubble OUT!! *lol*
And how is Emily feeling?? What is she doing to help herself with her issues??
And Betty Boop!!! Emily will luve that--my grandaughter Kristyn is into the beaded bags,which are the *thing* here in the states now~~~

Barb beaded anything is the go here as well. I have done a bit of beading but it is so much easier now with all the stuff available. Emily is Ok. She still has her problem but doc does not want to treat her with drugs at this time. He said that it may settle of it's own accord. Let's hope so. We just have to be patient & give her lots of love & hugs. See what happens. You know, some people are funny. Her best friend's mother has decided that she does not want her to play with Emily any more now that she has this problem. Told Jane to take her to a Psychiatrist. The little girl is Ok but her mother is not a nice person I think.
