New Enterolab test: eggs and soy
My original Enterolab testing was done 3 years ago. I was tested for eggs and soy only this time. I was curious to see what the soy reaction would be after 3 years of no soy, and I very much want to be able to eat eggs again. Bummer. I am still reacting to both: Anti-ovalbumin IgA is 13 units. It was 16 units 3 years ago and Anti-soy IgA is 16 also.
I eat eggs that are incorporated into baked goods without any problems but that may be why I am still reacting. I thought the soy reaction would be lower since I haven't knowingly consumed any soy in three years.

thanks for retesting and sharing results....
i am lucky that i am ok with eggs, and have no desire or craving for any soy product.
it is a good indicator that for some major intolerences, you may never get to re-introduce them.
