hello again all. Its been ages since I wrote but I keep an eye on what is written. I am doing ok, new things come up now and then, the latest is I cant eat even the youngest single scallion, last year I could, at times I have an irritated gut for no apparent reason, I can tell by mucus, I guess most of us know what that means without me giving detail!!!!!generally I am well and hardly know I have LC but where I trip up is stress, if we have problems I tend not to sleep and dwell on it, in the past I have taken a Valium when I go to bed then I sleep fine and all seems different the next day, yes I am a worrier but at 60 I guess I am not going to change that! I am unable to get Vallium from my doctor, he says its addictive and wants me to take sleeping pills!!!!!!!!!!!yea!!!!!!!!!!I only use Vallium once in a while so there is no chance of addiction. My question is the alldaypharmacy dosent have Vallium, does anyone know of a safe online site that does, there seems to be loads on line but I am nervous in case they are unsafe, any ideas? Beni

Beni, I think valium is a benzodiazepine and probably a controlled substance. I don't even think you'll be able to purchase it online from India (or wherever) without a prescription. I would not risk it personally. I'm a little less worried about purchasing an asthma inhaler or even entocort, but maybe I should be. I don't think it's legal. But they are not addictive substances with street value.
Edited to add: I don't know what country you're in and how the system works, but you could try another doctor, perhaps a psychiatrist. They will better understand if you have sporadic anxiety.
