Sure it should work. But instead of eating pesticide and fungus/histamine-saturated orange peel, why not just eat an orange now and then (without the peel)? It should be much healthier.

I agree with Tex, also an orange would probably taste better. I have the juice of a lemon every day in my water kefir. May switch to an orange for a change.
