I don't drink juice, but it also says that synthroid makes the antihistamine less effective. Well, I can't stop taking my thyroid meds!

Leah,

I think that you misread what the article says. It says that apples, oranges, or grapefruit (or their juices), should be avoided because they affect the absorption of Synthroid, similar to the way that they affect the absorption of Allegra, Singulair, Cipro, etc.
