Post by Grahm »

Does anyone know how long it takes to get your results from this? I have been unable to get a live person or a call back or an email back??

Thanks,

Hi Connie,

I assume that you're referring to ZRT Labs. I looked at a couple of my results. Last year in April, my sample took 2 days in the mail, and the results were available 6 days later. This year in May, it took 6 days for the sample to arrive at the lab, and only 2 days before the results were available. So the turnaround time was 8 days both times, but for very different reasons.

Tex, I'm sorry. I meant the Vit D test (blood) that Grassroots does. Maybe they will come anyday.

ZRT labs does the testing for Grassroots. I think mine took somewhere around a week, no more than 2 weeks. I've used them a few times and it's always been fairly quick.

Mine took almost 2 weeks. About 10 days after I mailed them the sample, I logged into the website and noticed my results we available. It took them another 2 days to email me that my results were available on their website. So your results.might be available but they have not emailed you yet.

A woman just returned my call. They were gone all last week so maybe mine will be in their mail box and they will hop to it.
