sometimes things just happen!

I read this article yesterday and immediately thought of this community! It's encouraging to me, and hopefully it will be to others as well. There are times when I've gotten so wrapped up in reading and researching and experimenting that I stress myself out. Sometimes I just need to take a step back and relax.

great reminder to 'be at peace with what is' - 'realistic expectations of success' and 'don't overthink it'

I also need an occasional reminder to be happy with progress, no matter how small! Any health journey is a marathon, not a sprint, right?

Thanks, Kristen.
It is so easy to stress out about things when our lives are so complex. We do need to remind ourselves to relax & stop thinking so much....it's the nature of the disease, but we can't let it rule our lives!

Thanks, Kristen for the reminder. With the 4th of July holiday coming up I've been thinking too much about what I can't eat at the picnic that I host. Friends want to bring things and they say "what can you eat?' Um, that list is short. :-) I will enjoy the picnic and the company and be glad that I am alive & kicking! Marcia
