Here are my results from Grassroots.

D2 (ng/ml) <4

D3 (ng/ml) 40

Total (ng/ml) 40

Laboratory ref of range 32-100 ng/ml

I would appreciate any advice on what I should be taking and the brand names.

Looks pretty good! Are you taking any D3 now? If not, you can probably do OK at 1,000-2,000 IU per day. If you hate taking pills, you can buy 5,000 IU softgels and take them a couple times a week.

I use drops. Very easy and no pills. Rx Vitamins Liqui-D3. It's in olive oil. One drop is 2000IU.
