Joe,

You have been served one heck of plate of issues and am so sorry to hear that this hospital trip was so intense. You are in my prayers, always, and do hope the recovery is speedy and you DO have the best nurse there.

Love, Maggie

What a journey you have been on! I do believe there is always a reason for everything we go through, even if the reason is so you can help and encourage someone else with similar issues down the road. Praying for a speedy recovery and a rapid return to strength and vitality!

Good God you poor soul! Thank God for modern medicine! Progress no matter how small is still progress! Glad to hear you are improving. Your medical journey reminds me how insignificant my medical woes are and how catastrophic they could be. Thankyou for sharing your journey and may you be blessed with many days of improved health.

Hi Joe,

I hope if I ever have to face a similar ordeal, that I can do it with even half of the strength that you have. Praying for comfort and a speedy recovery!

Joe,
I'm so glad you're home!! Question about the food...how did they nourish you during the 13 days you were sedated and on the ventilator?
