Thanks for sharing, Tex. We all need a reminder to keep hydrated. Gabes, I will keep the pea protein/legume reaction in mind. I know there is a hemp protein as well, but I haven't looked into the ingredients in it yet. I work in long term care and it is recommended that you keep your brain active as you age in order to help prevent Alzheimer's disease. (I'm not sure if that actually helps or not.) But last night I had to chuckle when the thought crossed my mind that thinking about what I can eat/what will cause a reaction will probably keep my mind active as I grow older! :smile: Happy Friday, everyone! I'm off today and it's going to be a beautiful day in PA.

Hi Marcia,
The nutiva hemp protein powder is just hemp, no other ingredients. 3 tbs gives 15g of protein.

I just use shelled hempseed in my smoothies, 3tbs of the seed is 10g protein and I tolerate it really well. The seed probably has more fiber than the protein powder but I haven't compared amounts of fiber.
