We Survived, but........

Post by annie oakley »

We survived the wind, hail, and rain last night. The wind blew so hard that it was coming in the seals on the window (a little) which tells me Hubby needs to re-seal windows. Then the hail hit the roof briefly but hard. My little Jasmine got scared and peed on my bed quilt, so I went to town and washed it, I hard to go sign papers at the USDA. And Tex, it will pass before the committee on the 8th and we will start the whole thing in July. We have it all marked off. Nieghbor is leasing inside acreage to plant hay grazer and run his cattle on it. He is also putting up an electric fence to keep them out of the quail buffer. Anyway, I went to town to sign those papers and get a few groceries as we are suppose to see more severe weather this afternoon and didn't want to get caught in it. Brisqits on sale for .99 a lb. Of course I bought some. Well all of you have a great day, I have my needle work I will work on and have set out all the candles I have. In case the power goes. Which I hope it doesn't, I have a freezer full of meat out in the small barn. Well got to run. Love ya'll Oma/Herb Lady
May I be more compassionate and loving than yeterday*and be able to spot the idiots in advance
