Bringing together previous discussions about natural/wholistic treatments
I would encourage others to put a post summarising their experiences (the good and the bad and the various stages inbetween)

I am still doing searches and putting links up! it will be a bit of work in progress over the next week. if there is a post you can recall that you think should be included let me know or post the link yourself.
As time allows i will also include links to research studies etc about some of the treatments/therapies and autoimmune / IBD conditions

let me know if the subject text for the posts works/makes sense... some of the terminology used in Aus is different to USA, and other countries..
