Use Almond Flour?
I have looked through quite a few recipes here but haven't found any that use almond flour. Is almond flour OK to use when you have colitis?
Did you try clicking on the Search The Archives of This Discussion Board link toward the top of this forum, and doing a search for almond flour. If you limit the search to the Dee's Kitchen forum, the hits will all be recipes that use almond flour. I had 30 hits when I tried it.

Welcome !!
A lot of the the Palao and gluten free recipes on the net use almond flour,
Put 'paleo almond recipe' into a google search and I am sure you will get quite a few results.
My advice now that you are in MC world, buy small amount of any ingredient, cook half batch of any recipe until you confirm if that ingredient / ingredients settles well for you
