Note that those lists only include organic products. Therefore, major brands of almond milk, coconut milk, etc., such as Silk, Diamond, etc. are not even mentioned.

Yes, Tex. You're right. Diamond has carrageenan and Silk has locust bean as thickening agent.

Also, carrageenan is found in toothpaste and it is given to mice to induce IBD in studies. :roll: something to think about. From the press release above it looks like some companies are starting to take notice of the damage it can cause.
