I bought a bottle of this tonight. So far, I think it has helped my sore neck and back. Thanks for letting us know about it.

Hope it works well for you.
DH is using it on his legs at night for cramps. I use it for the magnesium and also on my hands for needle work.

Thanks for sharing this - My sister has a lot of aches and pains, and frequently takes Epsom salt baths. I don't think she has ever heard of this before so I will share it with her.

I'm definitely going to try it out too, as I don't have a bathtub

Hi Theresa,

Thanks for the tip! Picked some up today. Love it! Unlike my spray magnesium oil it is creamy and does not make me itch. It is also unscented. Great find!
I've applied it to a lingering shoulder injury.
