I really thought this might be useful for those with C. I normally have D. I keep a regular little step stool in my bathroom because I am short and need one often. If I do have C I will put it under my feet to keep from losing circulation. I really didn't know this was useful as well.

It is really logical that the angle must be wrong the way we sit today.
I am thinking of my 3 year old granddaughter, who is training to go to the bathroom to do "big things". I must share this video with my son. And, of course I will do the same.
