Google Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) and AS together. Also the same for You Tube.

I have the gene too. I don't know what issues it's caused for me but I have arthritis, tendon issues and lots of tender points. Haven't been diagnosed with anything other than MC, sleep apnea, and a vocal cord disorder, all of which have been or are being dealt with. I am taking LDN.
Also have sleep apnea
