I've just bought America's Test Kitchen Gluten Free cookbook and this is the only pasta that they recommend. I tried it tonight and loved it. It says in the book that you need to watch and undercook just a bit. If you are putting in a casserole after cooking put a little reserved liquid to help make it creamy. You won't be disappointed!!
