IMPROVEMENT!

Post by Lesley »

Hi guys!
Checking in to tell you about real improvement, for the first time in years!

I have been taking mega doses of mag and vit C, and now am on lactulose 10-15 mL 2x a day, and have had spontaneous BMs for the past 4 days. Not quite N, but very little mucous, and not too muddy. No floaties. What an improvement.
I have split my LDN dose to am and pm. Much, much better!

Woo Hoo!!!

Lesley,

I almost fainted when I saw your post.

I've been waiting to see that update for a long time.

Not longer than me! As Gabes keeps reminding me - it's progress, not perfection, I am not pain free, I am still tired a lot of the time, but between LDN and these remedies things are so very much better.

Brilliant, Lesley, that is a huge struggle you've had.
I am so grateful my LC was diagnosed after only 2 months of D, and that I found this website with so much knowledge, support and compassion.

Congratulations, Lesley!

May I ask you, since I'm new and we live in different countries with different cultures (also medically I think)... why do you take Lactulose? Is that a way for you to tolerate lactose?

Hope my question is not far out
