Post by jd049 »

Anyone else on this and did it work? I was recently diagnosed with mc it seems to help sometimes but i still get really tired and dehydrated some days. My doctor told me food has no effect on mc but i definitely get worse when i eat most foods. Just trying to get a idea of what people do to help

I am also a newbie with very little experience, but I can tell you I have received valuable information and help from this site. You are lucky to have found the help it can provide.

As for cholestyramine, I tried it but I didn't get much relief from stomach pain or D (diarrhea). I noticed myself that vegetables and fruits made everything worse. I just stopped eating anything that made the symptoms worse. For the past 6 weeks I have been eating protein and potatoes and a few other things. I did eliminate gluten. I have been feeling better and better - almost norman!

Keep reading the information on this site, and asking questions - a lot of terrific, very knowledgeable people are here to help.
