Elimination diet question
I keep seeing post about the elimination diet, but don't know what it is or how it works, etc. can someone help me?

Basically, it involves eliminating everything except for a few basic (safe) foods, and then after remission arrives, foods can be tested, one at a time, to determine whether or not they are safe to add back into the diet.
