I take Dr's Best brand Vit D. Most of the brands I see in Walgreens have soy or other ingredients that I don't want. There are a couple of good sites to buy vitamins online, that will list all ingredients:

Amazon as well, is always a good place to look.
Good luck tapering down on the Lialda, and let us know how it goes. The diet does get easier. You may not be able to eat everything you did before, and it is natural to miss some foods, but I've also discovered other things that work for me that I like and didn't eat before.
