Hi,

Someone sent me this clip from yesterday's New York Times. I will send it to my GP, he needs to read this. He lifted his eyebrows when I told him that I have chosen to cut gluten and several other irritants, but said "If it helps you, go for it".

I will also give it to friends and family that do not understand/believe that there is such a thing called non-celiac gluten sensitivity.
