Thanks, Tex... I just placed an order for calcium ascorbate today.....I'll be sure to start out slowly, too...you know my delicate system.... :roll:

I had D from calcium ascorbate vitamin C 500 mg dose. Tried it once about a year ago. I'm afraid to try any vitamin C since then. I figure I have to get vitamin C from my 3-5 servings of overcooked veggies per day.
