HI all, in August my GI doc and I tried Lialda. At that time I emailed the company and asked if Lialda contained any gluten, soy or dairy. They did respond finally. The rest of the letter read like the insert the pharmacy gives you. Here is the actual answer to my question. .....

Hopeful, you are welcome. But I know several people on this site are on Lialda and I thought that the information might be helpful to someone.
As it turns out I developed the acute intolerance syndrome reaction after 4 days and had to discontinue Lialda. I actually had forgotten that I emailed the company.
Glad it was helpful to you.

I tried Lialda for 2 weeks with no help, actually think it was worse.
Have a bottle I can't use.........is it legal to mail it to someone?
A friend that is a doctor told us at church about exchanging meds. If I have a prescription to buy it and a friend has a prescription to take it that is technically not illegal (selling it would be).
