The EnteroLab tests are designed to test for antibodies to the main protein in egg albumen (egg white), presumably because this is the most common sensitivity associated with eggs. There are other proteins in eggs though, that could present problems for some people, including proteins in the yolk. We have no information on whether or not any of them might be a problem though, because there are no tests available to us that would apply.
If you show antibodies to the EnteroLab egg test, then your best bet would be to try the yolk (if you feel that you have healed enough that the small amounts of albumen that will stick to the yolk shouldn't trigger a relapse).

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
Egg yolk is thought to be one of the most digestible and nutrient-rich foods. It is often recommended as a first food for babies (Weston A Price Foundation). The white presents all sorts of issues, not just allergic.
