Hey, gimme a break. There aren't enough hours in the day already. LOL.

I'll try to import some more smileys over the weekend, when I have some time to work on it. It takes a little fiddlin' to do it.

I'm sure you don't have any suggestions on any particular smileys you would like to see here. LOL.

Hugz,
Tex

I think we should have smileys of a different nature ;) Trent has a HUGE database of emoticons I can send you, Wayne.. I'll see if he can email them, otherwise might have to send them thru messenger, if you use MSN IM. They are HILARIOUS!!!

Christine,

What size file are you talking about? I'm on a slow dialup connection. I assume you're talking about a zip file. I don't use MSM IM.

I've gotta get to work. I'll check back later. Thanks.

The file

Post by TendrTummy »

Ummmm it's a compressed file, a *.RAR file, 1534KB. It's absolutely CHOCK full of emoticons. Someone else email me if you want 'em. Absolutely MEZMERIZINGly full of emoticons, and I have some that will definitely suit our D&D conversations. I emailed them to you. It'll probably take awhile to get them on your computer and once you have them there, I also emailed you the link to the WINRAR download which is free and you'll probably only need it for this.. (free trial anyway) You can use WINRAR to decompress and then you'll have your choice of which ones you wanna add. There are literally THOUSANDS. So the slow dial-up connection, while it might slow you down, once you have 'em on your computer, shouldn't be a prob. BTW can I just say YOU HAVE DIAL UP???? LOL

Hey. thanks Christine,

I finally left and went to work and just let the computer do it's thing. Believe me, I'd have a faster connection if it were available.

I'll go through the smileys later, when I have some serious time to devote to the project, (like maybe this weekend), and add about a zillion of 'em--hopefully enough to make everyone happy. I agree, there are much better smileys available than what usually turns up on boards like this as an initial offering.

U know, I could add them if you wanted me to, just let me know, not that I know HOW. But if you TOLD me how, I could use my T1 connection (FAST) to get them up on the board lickity split, you don't have to do ALL the work here you know. Divy it up if you can!!!! Seriously, I'd be HAPPY to do anything I could to help.
