Imodium Multi-Symptom Relief

Post by terre »

I have needed to take something to help me this week, so I switched from Pepto to Imodium Multi-Symptom Relief.

I find that it really helps me.....would there be any harm in taking 1 or 2 every day (and I do mean every day).

Thanks,
Terre

I used Imodium a lot before dx. My doctor said it was nearly impossible to OD. 2 times the label maximum was prescribed for me.
After dx, other meds and diet changes I can no longer tolerate Imodium. It stops WD, but makes me feel bloated and crampy. I have UC & MC so remember YMMV.

When my D was at its worst, my doctor said I could take up to 12 Imodium per day.

It appears to be harmless.

Lilja, nerdhume, thanks for the personal info...I'm taking it today since I have to travel.

Nerdhume, sorry but what does YMMV stand for?
