I just did a little more research on this topic. Swishing certain kinds of oil around your mouth for 20 min. /day seems to be good for oral health and a lot more.

My sister-in-law has been pushing oil pulling and very insistent I "at least" try it. I tried it once and couldn't keep the oil in my mouth for that length of time. Seems strange.
