Thank you so much Tex- I will just take it one step at a time. My smoking is also greatly reduced in the wintertime because I only smoke outside - just the seasonal change will probably help me get a long way toward stopping without really needing to feel the stress or pressure of quitting- maybe by the time the days are getting longer- I'll have gotten my diet and stress under control and can put out the last butts before mud season is in full swing and I'll be done with it.

In the mean time- I am glad that I don't have to be burdened by the added stress of thinking I'm defeating every other effort I'm making every time I go out on the porch and light up.
