Has anyone seen benefits from eating grass fed organic gelatine?

Mary
I got fantastic benefits from having home made bone broth that was gelatinous.

the benefit of home made bone broth, rather than just gelatine on its own, is that we need the amino acids and other minerals that are in the bone broth for the healing process.

I was Dxd 5 years ago and have been having home made bone broth the whole time.

Gelatine has been used since medievil times for healing, albeit, come forward a few hundred years and due to the lack of good nutrients in our food sources, and current lifestyle issues depleting the amino acids/minerals etc, we need more than just the gelatine.

Gelatine

Post by Maryse »

Thank you! Hahaha! Better nails? My daughter already has witch like nails!! :)

I'm making a lot of bone broth at the moment! With the clear diet for the colonoscopy I'm making jello with organic and grass fed gelatine. Let's hope for the best!

I'm not crazy about the taste of the grassfed gelatin all by itself - tastes just like what it was made from!
But, I find that I can add about a teaspoon to my homemade bone broth to boost it up a bit. Especially if I'll be eating on the go or away from home...
