Thanks Wayne. I have decided that that is what caused the problems. It took me a day and a half to regain my energy.

BTW - I have more energy, feel better and am without the fogginess and am in a better mood now that I have started the diet.

Have you looked into any internet forums for the south beach diet? I'm guessing you have, at least I hope so. Here's is a link for you to look at.
