Tex, as far as symptoms, I still have a loose stool most days.
Zizzie-Good idea, I am going to talk with an herbalist about natural antibiotics.
What's interesting about my results is that my beneficial bacteria, Lactobacillius and Bifid are at very good levels. High levels of beneficial bacteria did not offset the potential pathogenic bacteria.
Another bacterial link to IBD - Klebsiella

FWIW, my integrative medicine doc recommend Biocidin and Monolaurin for killing candida and other pathogens. Apparently Monolaurin has the added benefit of being antiviral too. My CDSA came back totally normal, so I'm not going to mess around too much with natural antibiotics. If my viral titers for EBV or other viruses come back elevated, I'll use the monolaurin 3x day. It's pretty harmless (active ingredient in coconut oil). I've taken several capsules with no side effects whatsoever, with food and on an empty stomach.

I've heard good things about the following antibiotic/antifungal/antiparasite supplements:
1. Biocidin
2. Monolaurin (several brands)
3. Thorne Formula SF722
4. Food grade Diatomaceous Earth
5. Wormwood or black walnut extract for parasites
6. Oil of oregano (very potent/need to be careful)
7. Olive leaf oil
8. Caprylic Acid
Not sure which ones might work on Klebsiella.
