Just had a swim at neighbours house. Beeooodiful.

It is about 30 deg F (about 86 C ) at the moment with about 65% humidity so not as bad as it has been but uncomfortable enough. Will probably be a bit more so by afternoon. Have decided that I would leave the bike alone for a while & do a bit of swimming for excersise. Doc reckons it would be better for me anyhow. Have difficulty walking too far now because of arthritis & fybromyalgia but desperately need to do something. Only swam about 100-120 yards in all but that is alright for a start. Am going to do it everyday if I can & increase each day. Will be a ball of muscle in no time.

Love

Hi Liz. Your swim sounds great. Good for you! And I love that avatar or whatever it's called - the swimmer swimming in the pool. How do you find those cute things anyway?

Love,

Hi Carrie,
Some I have had sent to me in emails & some I got from this site, Really cute & lots of fun.

There are other sites as well whjo have these kinds of things. Like this one.

The poolis about 35 feet long (about 13 strokes) so you can get a pretty good workout. Felt really good after &not just because it was cooler. Used to enjoy walks of a morning, 2-3 miles but that seems to be out, at least at the moment.

Just keep your head up and don't bump into the side of pool, or anything silly like that...okay?

Awww Peg, anyone would think I was accident prone or something.  They say things come in threes so I am being extra careful & not getting any higher than 2 inches off the ground.

Oh please don't say that! I forgot things come in threes  . So lemme see if I got this right: I broke four vertabrae and my right wrist in two places...that equals six breaks....thats two times three....so I'm okay, right? Right? Please tell me my math is correct!

Right on. You have all you threes so will be exempt from anymore mishaps. Promise.

A little birdie told me this is true.
