Feeling pretty darn good right now...

Post by Peggy »

I'm sitting here at work, the rain is a'pourin outside, I'm listeneing to CCR on the radio singing "Have you ever seen the rain?", and I'm selling raffle tickets for a trip to Hawaii - all proceeds going to the Crohn's and Foundation of Canada.

I feel good

Love to all,
Peg

Have you had that 25 straight days of rain that they talk about Seattle having? Wow, time to start building the ark. I'm glad the gloomy weather hasn't dampened your spirits. Good luck selling the raffles. Trip to Hawaii would seem be pretty appealing right now.

Glad you're feeling good. Me too, until the novocaine wears off anyway!

Wouldn't mind a bit more rain around here. They reckon that the monsoon has arrived up north so we may get some more soon, Ihope

Yep, we're trying to set a record with the amount of straight days in a row with rain :raincloud: If I don't win the trip to Hawaii I'll just have to settle for Mexico

Wow, CCR! My favorite!

Glad you're having a good day!

Hi Pegster...yup, we must be in the same weather pattern...day 25 pal! That's a lot of water! Uffda! The next storm that's coming in will have more rain in it than the others...is that possible? It's dumping snow in our mountains....it will probably turn to rain by Saturday...hope not! I still haven't tried out my new skis! Last Saturday, it was just too wet up there....sleet and wet, wet snow! I saved my lift coupon for a better day! I love spring skiing! :sun: Stay dry friend....JJ

I'm tip-toeing through the rain drops
Just tip-toeing through the rain!

Jill - that's the only good thing I can think of with all this rain - the mountains are very happy to be getting snow and skiing customers back!

The ark is half finished - bring what you will, but make it two by two

I woke up and guess what....it's raining! Hahahahaha...maybe a break on Sunday? I have to drive my car up skiing tomorrow. I have to leave the Summit early to attend my sister's 60th b-day party in Seattle. Glad I have all-wheel drive...I need to throw my chains in the car just in case. I will have someone with me for the drive up, but I'll be on my own on the way home. I am pretty good in snow, but I worry about the other yo-yos who don't know how to drive in it! TTFN....JJ
