Okay -- I'll avoid the stairs, I'll avoid the hammocks, I'll avoid any and all potential dangers!

Listen gals, my plan is to HEAL while there. I need long walks on the beach to gain some of the muscle tone I've lost. I need lots of rest and relaxation to feed my soul. I need some good old vitamin D as I'm sadly lacking in it. Heal...the word is heal!!!

I wish I could go :vacationsign:

but since I am unemployed I guess that's a kind of :vacationsign:

But Today I am making a choocolate cake

and a tator-tot casserole with deer meat. Low fat mushroom soup and goatsmilk. Low fat cheese. I cleaned the house today

so I am feeling a bit better today. Everyday is a new day

. Yesterday went to the Salvation Army with SIL...walked to the counter with a CD that cost 1.50...set it down and was waiting my turn when a young (2o'ish) young lady blerted out.....I beleive I WAS HERE FIRST!

I said Miss....you can be first I really am happy to wait. I really wanted to choke her but this came to mind instead

But I kept my cool and just smiled. I told her as she left that she needed a hug today but it wasn't going to be me to give it to her :bigbighug:
