I had a virus last wk. I took some zofran for the nausea. Now I'm constipated (very new for me). My stomach has hurt, just miserable. This is very new for me. Has this happened to any of you? I think I prefer the WD:) gosh we are such creatures of habit:)

I have had more C than D in my MC journey and know what it feels like. Ongoing C is the pits...
and I have had the subsequent issues of anal fissures etc

do you want some gentle solutions?
