Survey - about gluten free diet

Post by Gabes-Apg »

the link for this survey came via facebook group - Gut Health Protocol.

the survey is about non celiac following gluten free diet.

I did the survey, it was ok, good in the sense that aside from the provided answer options, there was the option to include additional reasons as to why I dont eat gluten (i put to minimise inflammation)

it took about 10 mins.

Welcome to this survey on gluten-free diets for the non-Celiac population. The purpose of this survey is to determine the reasons why people choose to go gluten-free. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete this survey. The survey is voluntary, anonymous, and may be stopped at any time if you feel uncomfortable with any of the questions. You may also skip any questions you do not wish to answer. Your participation in this survey indicates your consent in the research being conducted by researchers at Simmons College in Boston, MA. This study has been approved by the Simmons College Institutional Review Board.

Your participation in this survey will help researchers understand the reasons behind a gluten-free diet, and add to the growing body of research on gluten-free trends.

If you have any questions about the research, or if you have any concerns about the survey items, please contact the researchers: Hanna DiVello and Kristen Slejzer at GFsurveythesis@gmail.com, or research advisor Dr. Nancie Herbold at herbold@simmons.edu. If you have questions or concerns about your rights as a research participant please contact Valerie Beaudrault, Human Protections Administrator in the Office of Sponsored Programs at 617-521-2415 or email valerie.beaudrault@simmons.edu.

Thank you for your time and participation.
