New dedicated GF and paleo bakery. Sara Fay Farm GF Bakery, 2515 NE 3rd St Ocala FL 34470, 352-895-4090

They are also at the farmers markets at the Villages, Ocala, and Gainesville Haile Plantation on Saturday. I'm not sure of the days of the Villages and Ocala farmers market.

I met Mike the husband at my farmers market in Gainesville. They have a lot of paleo, GF and dairy free, corn free, sugar free etc items. I bought some paleo brownies (since it was Valentines Day). They were really yummy.

You can call and special order items. Their list of items available was extensive.

I can only dream of being a snowbird. After a week of 0 degree days and now 5-7 inches of snow today I'd certainly like to be elsewhere! :lol:
