I did the survey, it was ok, good in the sense that aside from the provided answer options, there was the option to include additional reasons as to why I dont eat gluten (i put to minimise inflammation)
Welcome to this survey on gluten-free diets for the non-Celiac population. The purpose of this survey is to determine the reasons why people choose to go gluten-free. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete this survey. The survey is voluntary, anonymous, and may be stopped at any time if you feel uncomfortable with any of the questions. You may also skip any questions you do not wish to answer. Your participation in this survey indicates your consent in the research being conducted by researchers at Simmons College in Boston, MA. This study has been approved by the Simmons College Institutional Review Board.
Your participation in this survey will help researchers understand the reasons behind a gluten-free diet, and add to the growing body of research on gluten-free trends.
