thank-you so much to you both Tex and Gabes for your helping me clear up my confusion. I will continue my supplements but switch to B-12 and B-6 only. and not the B complex and see how things go from there. You have not steered me wrong in this journey and I really appreciate the gift it has been , learning the steps needed to get my life back and being functional with MC,

in May 2013 , supplements B complex, Vit C ,Vit D3 Zinc, with a multivitamin, and magnesium to round out the pack.
