will anyone help?

Hi all. I am trying to get new business through an app. called Thumbtack. It connects people looking for services with those of us looking for clients. I am listed under "personal trainer" and "nutrition". People need nutrition help for all different reasons. I just read one who has colitis ( but I was too late responding). Thumbtack keeps telling me that I need a few people to give me a review. Most of my personal training clients are not very tech savvy and are intimidated with the whole thing. I know that I have not helped anyone here with weight loss, but it would be great if anyone could find it in their heart to maybe go to the site and at least write something nice about me, my knowledge..etc. ?… or not ( ha ha)…..even if it is just about my willingness to hear people and help them? I don't know, but I'd appreciate anyone giving it a try.

I'm happy to hear that you are doing well. I went to Thumbtack and searched under nutrition and a zip code in your area. It did not provide me with a list of people but asked me to explain my need. How would someone find you and add comments about you without being a customer?

Thanks so much for trying to help. So far, I have only been able to get a URL address that can be e-mailed to someone. Once you have the address, there is no need to join or anything. I haven't figured out how to copy it so I can do whatever I want with it. Do you have an e-mail address I can send it to?

Leah,

Just copy/paste the URL into a post, and be sure to leave a blank space in front of, and a blank space after, the URL. The system will automatically convert it into a link in everyone's browser.

To send an email to DJ, just click on the "email" button at the bottom of any post she has written. The system will automatically open up a window where you can compose an email to her.

Thanks Tex. I just can't seem to copy it. I don't know why. I am going to have to see if my daughter can figure it out. God, I wish I was better at this kind of thing. So frustrating!
